BQ shows a strong development by opening more than 200 genuine stores across 45 provinces in Vietnam and Laos.

THE CHALLENGE

In the development journey, BQ could not help but face challenges. As the market size expands. the costs for the sales and distribution channels.  Not only that, the impact of Covid-19 pandemic makes it difficult to approach distributor-agent customers.

Along with that, BQ Shoes needs to bring samples to agents and distributors but the company has some difficulties, especially not only in introducing products directly but also in sending online sample images. As a result, employees find it really problematic when they have an enormous system of 200 stores to operate nationwide.

THE SOLUTION

Quickly detecting problems and orienting technology development, BQ Shoes contacted IRTECH to develop appropriate solutions. After researching and discussing with the BQ company, IRTECH successfully built a mobile app for distributors, dealers and a management website for BQ personnel.
