Wendler Interlining Vietnam is a branch company with a head office in Germany and they are proud to be one of only 18 LEED certified textile factories in Vietnam. With the desire to protect the environment, Windler’s production process is always protected and strictly monitored through a closed cycle. So many international and renowned fashion brands collaborate with them for the production of their garments. Unifying R&D, production, logistics and service at one location, they further enhance and expand our key competencies of product quality, innovation, product availability and fast and flexible supply with their customers benefiting from an even higher degree of service level.
THE CHALLENGE
Scaling up production is not easy. Currently, the head office is using an ERP management system in Germany. But when opening a factory in Vietnam, Wendler decided to use a new one to better match the domestic management process.
However, in order to operate more fluently, information and data from the main ERP system and the ERP system in Vietnam must be synchronized with each other. While this work is being handled manually with a huge amount of information. It takes a lot of time and mistakes are inevitable.
THE SOLUTION
Recognizing the difficult problem and technology development trend, Wendler contacted IRTECH to develop a suitable solution. After researching and listening, IRTECH chose IRBOT – RPA solution to connect information between 2 systems.

After using IRTECH’s solution, all data from the ERP system in Germany has been synchronized to another one in Vietnam. During the operation, the information from ERP Vietnam is also automatically synchronized to the main system immediately.
Staff does not have to spend thousands of hours processing information. Thereby bringing many long-term benefits when saving time and costs, employees can do other things that create high value to the business.
